Q: What is Alpha Pet Care?
A: Alpha specializes in owner-absent pet care such as pet sitting, dog walking and doggie day care.

Q: What kinds of animals do you provide care for?
A: We most commonly provide care for dogs, cats, birds, fish & rabbits. If you have other types of pets please ask for details.

Q: In what areas do you provide service?
A: Good question although these days the better question to ask is where don't we! Over the years we've had our share of clients move away but now, in many cases, you can take us with you! Alpha's experts are everywhere and offer pet care in Long Beach, Lakewood and most of Orange County!

Q: What credentials does Alpha have?
A: Alpha is a member of Pet Sitters International & Pet Sitters Associates. Alpha is licensed, bonded, insured and pet first aid/CPR. Copies of this documentation is available for viewing:

Q: How do you manage keys?
A: First of all, keys in our posession are never labeled with client information. and are kept secure at all times. We have several options for how to manage keys including pick-up and return, the use of a lock box or secure hiding place. Some of our parents with outdoor pets may not even need to give us a key.

Q: What if my pet becomes ill or injured?
A: In the unlikely event that a pet in our care sustains a life-threatening illness or injury, we will seek care from a licensed veterinary professional in order to stabilize the condition until such time that the client can decide the appropriate course of action. Any fees incurred by Alpha must be reimbursed by the client.

Q: Does Alpha Pet Care provide personal references?
A: Our associates provide client references upon request.
